As a point of reference on price, a quilt approximately 60 inches wide and proportionate in length, will run $450, with no limit on the number of photos used (as long as there are not so many that they will not fit). Monogramming and other customizations are additional, as is shipping and handling. Picture Memory Quilts All pictures are resized to either 5 x 7 or 8 x 10 (depending on customer requirements). The resized photos are scanned onto industrial transfer paper and melted onto 100% cotton squares of white or cream colored fabric. The pictures are boxed/bordered with your requested color scheme and/or material. Finally, the quilt is stitched together, using top-stitch for a decorative touch.
Monogramming and other custom items are also available. You will see several different styles in these examples of completed quilts. These are my most popular Memory Quilts, and they are a great gift item for someone else or yourself!
This box memory quilt was designed and sewn for Anne S. as a gift. At first she hesitated due to cost but when she saw the finished product, she exclaimed "It was just beautiful!"
Jacci T., one of the individuals who received the quilt, cried and said she'd "forgotten this picture and that picture, and couldn't believe all the memories that were brought back looking at the quilt!"
