Our primary goal to you is providing top quality long-arm quilting for those who love to design, piece, and sew beautiful quilt tops, but just do not have the time or space to do the quilting. Quilt Shack will turn all that hard work into a heirloom treasure for years to come.

We offer the following quilting services using a Gammill Classic Long-arm Quilting Machine:

The prices are figured based on the square inches in the quilt. (L x W = Sq. in.)
There is a minimum $40.00 charge on all quilting services.

Edge to Edge Quilting:
This is an overall design where the entire quilt is quilted with the same pattern. We have several Basic Pantograph designs. The cost is .02 cents per sq. inch.

Custom Quilting:
Includes stippling, meandering, outline, borders, any specific design, or a combination of two or more patterns. The cost is .04 cents per sq. inch.

Stipple Quilting:
Freehand meandering in various shapes and medium to large in size over the entire quilt. The cost is .02 cents per sq. inch.

Heirloom Quilting:
This allows you to have that "one of a kind" quilt. This could include feather, freehand, stitch in the ditch, and custom styled motifs for you quilt. The cost is .05 cents per sq. inch.

Thread
One color thread is used at no charge. There is a $4.00 charge per extra color used and specialty threads will be billed at retailed cost ($10.00 - $15.00)

Backing
You provide the backing of your choice. Please make sure it is 4" to 6" larger on all 4 sides than your quilt top.

Batting
We will use whatever batting you send with the quilt top or we provide Hobbs Heirloom Cotton 80/20 @ 6.50 per yd. and Hobbs 100% Organic Cotton @ 7.50 per yd. Quilt Shack has added 100% Wool which is a little more, but worth it! We are selling the wool @ 9.00 per yd.

Binding
We can do the binding if you prefer. It is slip-stitched by hand and has the mitered corners. The cost is $2.50 per linear foot (L(2) + W(2) = linear length x 2.50 linear foot).
